Bootcamper Brian Zak to Open Entree Vous in Troy
Boot camper Brian Zak and his sister Kimberly are opening their own
meal assembly kitchen called Entrée Vous the first week of December.
Their goal is to help you put dinner on the table without doing time in
the kitchen.  They do all of the shopping, chopping, and cleaning up.
Just register online at
www.entreevous.com so that you can come to
one of their sessions and assemble your entrees.  If you don’t have
time for a session, place a pick-up order and they will assemble them
for you.  Entrée Vous is located at 1969 west Maple Road in Troy.

Eisbrenner PR Has Fire for
Giving

As several members from
Eisbrenner PR finished up their
first 8-week training session,
many decided it was time to put
their newly improved fitness
levels to work for charity.

With the exception of Marine
Reservist Nathan, the rest of the
group assembled at the starting
line for what would be their first
5k run ever.

While everyone was there to
raise money to keep those less
fortunate warm this winter, most
had personal goals, too.

Click on each person's name to
see their goal, finishing picture
and if they were able to
accomplish what they set out for.

Erin Norton Goes Old School with Retro Rags
Cheers! Elementary school art teacher Erin Norton brings entertainment spots of the past
back to life through t-shirts. It all started over happy hour cocktails with some fellow
teachers in 2004, when Norton talked up the concept and her plans to develop a unique
line of modern vintage tees for herself and friends as a summer project. Norton was
initially inspired by the history of many of the famous jazz and blues bars and clubs in
Detroit during it’s heyday in the 40’s and 50’s. Norton wanted to create a fashionable retro t-
shirt that not only had an extremely soft feel and fit, but also carried on a little piece of
forgotten history.
