Since 1991, I've worked with every level of athlete. High School, Semi Pro, Collegiate, Olympic, amateur, Professional and recreational
athletes from around the country have given me the opportunity to make them faster, stronger, more durable and more functional. Each
one of those athletes and teams has been back for more. It doesn't matter what your sport is. It doesn't matter if you come as a team or
as an individual. There's a place and a program that can be tailored to your specific goals and needs.

Through strength and resistance work, plyometric training and various speed drills, your goals become my goals. How do I know they
work? Because I've used them myself. I don't follow exercise trends, I create them. As a sponsored mountain biker, adventure racer
and trail runner as well as a professional boxer and semi pro football player, everything I know and everything I use to train my athletes,
comes from the knowledge I gained while training myself to perform at a high level and to excel in several sports. Being named "One of
America's Best Strength Coaches" by Vogue is a great honor, an even greater honor is seeing my athletes excel. Whether it's one of my
fighters winning a world title or one of my high school athletes becoming faster than they were the season before, one thing is the
same... EVERYONE GETS BETTER.

The WPE Sports Performance Training Program is typically a 3-5 day per week training program that spans 4-6 weeks. Day and time
tables vary based on what we're trying to achieve. Athletes can participate in groups that are currently training together or can set up
their own days and times. I'll travel to work with teams on site, bring them in to my site or see individual athletes, everything is tailored
specifically to your needs.
