At Motor City Bootcamp, we're athletes training athletes.
Motor City Bootcamp is a unique, outdoor fitness
program that meets five days a week, month in and
month out. Though this program is designed for sports
performance in multi - sport athletes, it's geared towards anyone
who has the grit to be here.
No matter what your fitness level, expect to improve
performance through a variety of activities ranging from boot
camp-style circuit training, speed and agility drills, running and
boxing.
The difference? We're not some gym that takes your
money and lets you use their stuff. We coach, teach and
motivate you through every single aspect of your training,
regardless of what your goals are - until the day you
leave!

Program Options
Motor City Bootcamp "Fusion" Workouts
What's a "fusion" workout? It's basically a mix and match of different
exercise disciplines. In our case, it's a combination of our boxing, kettlebell
TRX and traditional Motor City Bootcamp programs. The workouts last longer, roughly 90 minutes in duration,
and are done here at the studio - back to back to back. Though you don't have to come in for the whole thing,
that's kind of the point. The time breakdown will be posted on the schedule. Come when you want, stay as long
as you want. If you sign up for the fusion workouts, you can attend anything on the schedule, at any time listed.
Motor City Bootcamp "Traditional " Workouts
MCB is my baby. The MCB workout takes place at 5:30am, Monday through Friday, at locations to be listed on
the schedule. Meeting spots will be at different parks and parking deck in Royal Oak and Birmingham as well as
here at the WPE studio. If you sign up for the Motor City Bootcamp program only, you can attend any of the 5:30
am workouts listed on the schedule as well as any weekend or weeknight MCB workouts that will be held from
time to time.
