In the Corporate Spotlight:
Eisbrenner PR Grits It
After seeing the benefits of one session of WPE's corporate fitness
program, Eisbrenner PR, one of Detroit's top PR firms, signed up
for an entire year.
The program includes meeting two days per week at the Eisbrenner
offices for a fitness routine that includes everything from
boot-camp-style circuit training, to speed and agility drills, to
traditional calisthenics and now the group is even boxing.
The group is monitoring progress weekly and still making strides in
meeting their group and individual goals.
The results from the first session were well above even our
expectations. In all the group lost a lot of weight and over 63 percent
body fat. They say that as a result of getting in shape absenteeism is
down, people are getting along better and there is less stress.
Office manager, Lisa Litinas, in a note said that "This has proven to
be one of the best things our company has started."
Impressively, many in the group have become so enthusiastic about
fitness that they've started to join other WPE activities. Some have
attended the grueling Adventure Saturday sessions and many have
joined fitness trips

Just like individual clients that train with WPE, every company is different. We understand this and
tailor corporate programs to work with the personality and needs of each organization. Each
corporate program is designed using a holistic approach that encompasses physical fitness,
mental well-being and a healthy diet. But don't expect a regimen of fluff from WPE. Like all other
training programs, corporate regimens will be built on grit and results. Excuses still not accepted.
We're not about adjusting what works for the sake of corporate political correctness. For busy
professionals especially, we find that clients are looking for a shortcut, a pill, or some kind of
magic to get them results. But being healthy is common sense. Eat right, exercise and give
yourself time to focus on your mental well-being and results will come.
The benefits of a corporate fitness program are proven. The Wellness Councils of America, the
government clearing house for workplace wellness, cites improvements in productivity,
absenteeism, employee retention and health care costs as just a few of the benefits. Companies
with programs also say they see improved morale and more camaraderie as a result of
workplace fitness programs.
There are plenty of options available to meet your needs from group training right in your office, to
personal training consultation for employees, to nutrition counseling.

Tom Eisbrenner, President of Eisbrenner PR
" ... your sessions have done something I didn't see coming: it's really brought together our core group -- those who really drive our company to do amazing things. That group is now more patient with each other, even more supportive, and I'd swear we're somehow working together better. So...thanks."

In addition, several Eisbrenner employees are using
their new-found fitness abilities to give back to the
community. They have participated in several races,
including the 2005 Heat the Streets 5K run for
charity and the 2005 Race for the Cure in support
of breast cancer research.
Eisbrenner's enthusiasm for fitness continues to grow,
even as living healthy has become more integrated in
their lives.
"For me success is when I see somebody really get it,"
said Jeff. "And there's no doubt that these guys get it."

"centerpiece of style."
In 2006, after having some of their team members excel in Motor City Bootcamp,
Clear!Blue Communications decided to take on the challenge of bringing
bootcamp to the office. What resulted was impressive, even by my standards.
In a little less than two years, we had as many participants finish as we did when
we began - a rarity with the intensity of my programs. Not only that but many of the
C!B Team chose to take on new challenges with their new found confidence.
Dances with Dirt, Muddy Watters Bump & Run Trail Series, Infiterra Sports
Adventure Racing and local road races, just to name a few.
Though this current session is drawing to a close, I look forward to picking things
back up as soon as Auto Show Season wraps up!
"... Because of Jeff, we're doing things on a competitive level that we never would
have done before. He has the rare ability to get you do something that you don't
necessarily want to do and make you enjoy it."
