HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training - Personal Responsibility and Hard Work
"Burst Training" is a concept that I developed while trying to find a way to bring the pace of Motor City Bootcamp into the gym while
also incorporating resistance work. What we came up with was an outstanding and cost affordable routine that uses kettle bell,
heavy ropes, medicine balls, boxing and kick boxing as well as traditional weight and calisthenic routines done as a high intensity
interval workout. Burst workouts are set up to be done with up to five other people. Regardless of whether or not it's you alone or
you with 5 others, the workout will NOT vary. Each week, there will be several weekday and weekend Burst workouts. You're free to
attend as many workouts as you like, as they'll vary each day. All I need from you is a 24 hour heads up if you plan to be there.
Sessions are done at World Gym in Royal Oak and no gym fee is needed.
Want to train with the same intensity but get the "boxer" training camp feel? Do the Boxing Burst (BBURST) workout. Same pace,
replace weight work with mitt work. No punching in the air, this is all boxing work. ACTUAL boxing work. Throwing punches on the
mitts the same way my fighters would. You'll know the punches and combinations and throw them correctly. My personal choice

*anyone participating in BURST workouts can use Motor City Bootcamp for an additional cost of $40 per month (unlimited) or $30 per month (S session only)
